Let The Idiotic Activities Be Stopped

 Let The Idiotic Activities Be Stopped

In the PREAMBLE of CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, it is declared that-

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens :
JUSTICE, social, economic and political;
LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;
EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;
 and to promote among them all
FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation;
IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this  twenty - sixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION.

Objection to the "NAMAZ" :

But Aditya Yogi the CM of Uttar Pradesh (a subordinate state of India) had declared no NAMAZ (a prayer to the Almighty ALLAH) would be allowed inside any park, any roadside. It's a violation of liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship. So an Ex-Justice of Indian Supreme Court Mr. Markandey Katju criticised the U.P. Government as it has imposed a ban on Jum'ah Namaz inside Noida Park where some Muslim office workers wanted to perform the prayer. He said that according to Article 19(1) of the Indian Constitution, every citizen of India has the right of peaceful gathering without weapon. But U.P. Government's this Namaz ban order has violated that Article. He also added, if R.S.S. (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, a radical Hindu group) is allowed for its performance inside different parks in India then why the Muslims would be deprived of the Juma'h Namaz only for 45 minutes? Very recently after the Pulwama tragedy when on the 14th February, 49 CRPF's Police Personnel had been killed (may their soul rest in peace) by a suicidal attack, the BJP led central Government put a ban on Namaz in a mosque of Tahab village of Pulwama district. Since 2nd March morning the security personnel has been giving a hindrance to the Muslim devotees to enter into the mosque. The military administration has alleged that, that  mosque is led by Jamaat-e-Islami which is put under a ban. On the other hand Ex-Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir and PDP supreme leader Mehbooba Mufti said that in her regime as a Chief Minister or Home Minister she could not even find any intelligence department report which proved Jamaati-e-Islami was involved with terrorist activities.

Dirty Politics :

In addition to this, the administration has given order to close at least 300 schools run by voluntary organisation, Falah-E-Aam Trust alleging its Jamaat link. As a result the educational future of one lakh students and job of 10,000 teachers will fall into uncertainty. However, the Chairman of the trust Muhammad Mokbul said that their organisation is not involved with any types of political activity so he will go to court.

While our Constitution has given assurance of free and compulsory education to all the children according to Right to Education Act 2009 and at present there are 8.4 crore out of school children in our country. This school-closing activity will result a great loss to the state's education system.
Thank to Almighty Allah as an unwanted war between India and Pakistan could have been avoided. By unconditional release of the captured IAF fighter plane pilot Wing Commander Abhinannad Varthaman (who intruded into Pakistan and was being shot down), the PM of Pakistan Imran Khan has given a masterstroke to BJP led Indian PM Mr. Narendra Modi. The general people of Kashmir do not want war but peace and prosperity, tranquillity, the security of life and property and above all Job. In favour of this thinking it might be said that in a state like Jammu & Kashmir where the majority people are Muslim, but after the last Assembly Election Mehbooba Mufti's PDP made an alliance with th BJP. Yet Modi's BJP could not meet the demand of the people of Kashmir but it would rather had worsen the situation and the government was dissolved. If we could observe the last 5 years of Modi-regime then we may find out that he made the Kashmir as a laboratory of nationalism and could not win the heart of Kashmir. Giving huge honour, respect and thanks to our great heroes it may be said that mass arrest, oppression and uncompromising mentality might not show the path of solution to Kashmir issue as its root is in deep enough. The Ex-Chief of Indian Navy Mr. L. Ramdas has written an open letter to the President of India Mr. Ramnath Kovind regarding Kashmir crisis. He suggested that Kashmir problem could be solved through negotiation not by war. It is because both India and Pakistan are Nuclear Powered country. And in this negotiation, the participation of India-Pakistan and the inhabitant of Kashmir are very essential. In this letter he conveyed great concern saying why a young and energetic Adil Dar had chosen the way of suicidal attack and exploded himself. And from this incident it can be imagined how much grievance has been gathered among the Kashmiris. Besides after the terrorist attack at Pulwama there have been found attacks on innocent Kashmiri people in different parts of our country and if proper action is not taken it may turn into an anti-Muslim violence. Though Supreme Court has asked 10 states to prevent attacks on Kashmiris.
However, regarding Kashmir crisis the famous South Indian film superstar Mr. Kamal Hassan advocates for Plebiscite for solving the Kashmir problem and so he had to face much criticism. But the central Government's Ex-Home Minister Dr. P. Chidambaram (Indian National Congress party) refutes the Plebiscite or referendum. He said that Kashmir is an inseparable part of India and he did not want the separation of Kashmir. He had an opinion that Self Administration may be given to the Kashmiris. He admits once Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru promised for plebiscite for undivided Kashmir but now the  present circumstances is different. He added, once Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and P.M. Dr. Manmohan Singh said "you can change your friend but not neighbours". And so we must have to go with a neighbouring country like Pakistan and there is open no other way but dialogue between India and Pakistan (Social Media War). Since 1948 to 1957 the U.N.O. had adopted the plebiscite proposal for eight times but did not affect. So it may be said, the solution of Kashmir problem is in the hand of future.
